IOR design cruiser/racer built in USA but had crossed the pacific and is currently Australian and qld registered. Designed by well known and highly respected Doug Peterson, naval architect, these boats point high into the wind and sail well. Fibreglass hull, balsa cored deck with carbon fibre over, 2 x aluminum H beams running fore and aft support engine and the rear and mast and keel bolts forward. ..... Triple spreader rig with plenty of sail area. V2203 Kubota/Beta diesel engine, 50 HP with only 2919 hours of operation. Great accomodation, with a nice light bright fitout with teak trim and rattan locker doors providing ventilation to lockers, good L shaped galley, and corian benchtops. Large V berth forward with ensuite with hot and cold shower, 12v macerater toilet and holding tank. Saloon has a 7ft 5in settee berth to starboard, with 2 S/S fuel tanks underneath and change over valves and storage behind. To port is an L shaped setee and table with two S/S water tanks under. Table lowers to make a double berth. L shaped galley aft of the dining area, and has a double bowl sink, Force 10 lpg stove with 3 burners and oven, large top loading two door fridge and freezer with eutectic plate and 12V Danfoss compressor. Separate front loading freezer with 12V danfoss compressor, coffee maker. Aft stateroom has a king size bed, two hanging lockers and good storage. Large ensuite with shower and toilet.
